Our rates are a fraction of the major elevator companies due to low overhead.  Modernization is our specialty. We rehab your problematic elevator and restore it to its finest days, while making it compliant to all current codes. Quality construction packages installed without being locked into a five year service contract. All equipment installed is nonproprietary.  State mandated pressure tests offered at reasonable prices. Piston and cylinder replacement services are done at very competitive rates. We offer both full maintenance and oil and grease contracts. Unlike many other providers, we will perform preventative maintenance every month for the length of our contracts.
